The ironguides 8-week Sprint Triathlon Training Manual provides all the information you need to successfully prepare for your next Sprint Triathlon.
There are two plans available for you whether you’re a beginner or an intermediate triathlete. The Ironguides 8-week Sprint Triathlon Training Plans assume that the athlete can accomplish the following:
BEGINNER:
- SWIM: Complete 50m of swimming using any stroke without stopping
- CYCLE: Complete 30 minutes of cycling without stopping
- RUN: Complete an easy 15-minute jog without stopping
INTERMEDIATE:
- SWIM: Complete 100m of swimming using any stroke without stopping
- CYCLE: Complete 45 minutes of cycling without stopping
- RUN: Complete an easy 30-minute jog without stopping
