Cancellation Agreement:
By filling out and submitting this form, I hereby acknowledge and certify that I am the legitimate customer named in the form and, as such, am the authorized recipient of the applicable refund as indicated in the form. I understand and agree by submitting this form, I will not be able to rebook my accommodation for the event, and further, will forfeit all rights and privileges as a guest in the property for which I have submitted this cancellation form. I also certify that I have read, understood and agree to the Cancellation Policy outlined for the event's accommodation I would like to cancel.
