Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Once we have confirmed the booking and payment have been charged on your credit card to secure your room(s), if we receive a cancellation through this form or in writing by fax (+66 2 237 2321) you will be charged according to the following conditions:

• Cancellation received MORE than 20 days before arrival, a penalty charge of 15% handling fee will be made.
• Cancellation received LESS than 20 days before arrival, a penalty charge of 50% plus 15% handling fee will be made unless the period of stay is less than 2 nights where no refund will be made.
• Cancellation received LESS than 10 days before arrival, no refund will be made.
