FRIDAY, 26 FEBRUARY 2010: ARRIVAL DAY – LANGKAWI (-/-/-)
Welcome to Langkawi Island, Malaysia.
Arrival at Langkawi airport - Meet & Greet at the airport - Transfer (incl. oversized bike cases) to the hotel of your choice. In the afternoon Assistance to get to the Bike check-in at the transition area which will close on that day at 06:00 PM. Overnight at the hotel of choice.
SATURDAY, 27 FEBRUARY 2010: RACE DAY – LANGKAWI (B/-/-)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Proceed to Transition and Start area. (all hotels are in walking distance)
SPOUSE PROGRAM: After athletes finished the swim - around 09:00 AM take the spouses to breakfast and then on the bike course to watch some of the action - Lunch somewhere on the way - see parts of the Marathon run in the afternoon and return to the finish line at about 4:30h to await their athletes to cross the finish line.

SUNDAY, 28 FEBRUARY 2010: RECOVERY & AWARDS DAY – LANGKAWI (B/-/-)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Late morning bike pick up and meeting at Sea-view Hotel for results.
Evening awards party at Sea-view Hotel NOT included in the Package rates. Overnight at the hotel of your choice.
MONDAY, 01 MARCH 2010: DEPARTURE DAY FROM LANGKAWI (B/-/-)
Breakfast at the hotel & check out.
Transfer (incl. oversized bike cases) to the Airport.

- Costing is based on standard room category & due to space constraint, room cannot accommodate Triple share. Booking with 3 persons will be made on 3 Persons taking 1 twin/dbl room + 1 single room with Single Supplement rate.
- Room policy on package: maximum 02 adults + 1 child below 12 yrs in a room only, utilizing existing bedding;
- Child with bed = less 15% discount from Adult Price
- Child without bed = less 25% discount from Adult Price

- Meals not mentioned in the itinerary above; drinks, beverages, alcohol, etc consumed during meals
- Tipping of guide, driver & hotel porter charges

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Package price, itinerary, currency exchange conversion rates, air fares & taxes are subject to change without prior notice due to fuel price increases nationwide & implementation of fuel price increases by the government, as such
- GAA reserves the right to provide for similar alternative hotel accommodation in the event the proposed hotel is not available & also reserve the right to change or cancel any tour / transfers should conditions beyond our control renders it necessary, for example: flooding, earthquake, landslides, rough seas, extreme bad weather, typhoon, hurricanes, hotel renovations, etc.
CANCELLATION POLICY & NO SHOW CHARGES:
- 100% to total invoice amount for no show
- 100% of total invoice amount for cancellation less than 48 hrs prior to arrival
- 50% of total invoice amount for cancellation in 2 - 5 days before arrival
- For peak event period, cancellation notice must be received 45 days before arrival or full length of stay is charged on a confirmed booking

- All payments for services are requested in Thai Baht
- Mode of payment is by cash, credit card or TT (telegraphic money transfer through banks)
- Full settlement on pre-payment basis is required prior to commencement of services
