Rates NOT include:
- Flight tickets to China & its domestic connection thereof, airfares, airport taxes & fuel surcharge
- Travel insurance, visa, medical services, shopping & donation to places of visit, items & expenditure of personal nature, laundry
- Tipping of driver & hotel porter charges
CANCELLATION POLICY & NO SHOW CHARGES:
- 100% to total invoice amount for no show
- 100% of total invoice amount for cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival
- 50% of total invoice amount for cancellation in 30-15 days before arrival
- For peak event period, cancellation notice must be received 30 days before arrival or full length of stay is charged on a confirmed booking
PAYMENT TERMS:
- All payments for services are requested in Thai Baht
- Mode of payment is by cash, credit card or TT (telegraphic money transfer through banks)
- Full settlement on pre-payment basis is required prior to commencement of services
