Accommodation Cancellation Policy:

Once we have confirmed the booking and payment have been charged on your credit card to secure your room(s), if we receive a cancellation through this form you will be charged according to the following conditions:

• Cancellation received more than 45 days before arrival, a penalty charge of 15% handling fee will be made.
  
• Cancellation received between 15-45 days before arrival, a penalty charge of 50% plus 15% handling fee will be made unless the period of stay is less than 2 nights where no refund will be made.
  
• Cancellation received less than 15 days before arrival, no refund will be made.

Remark: If you would like to cancel your confirmed accommodation, filling out this form is mandatory!
